Magdalena Bay

Magdalena Bay is, In their own words.....

"a pop duo comprised of Mica Tenenbaum (songwriting and vocals) and Matthew Lewin (songwriting and production). After being in both a prog-rock band and a relationship together throughout high school, the couple went to college in different states, causing and abrupt end to their musical and romantic relationship. Now, after two years apart, Matthew and Mica are reunited under Magdalena Bay, driven by a passion for creating crafty and electrifying pop music."

These tracks are filled with awesome synths, hypnotizing vocals and tons of fun. They call it Future 90's-Throwback Space Pop and that kinda sums it up. I'm really digging it, that is for sure.

My favorite track out of the following three is Neon. So chill, groovy and that SAXOPHONE!!!










I am really looking forward to hearing a lot more from these two.
